Baby Goes Pro Joins the Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation - Baby Goes Pro has joined the Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation, a CEO-led organization, with a national, multi-year effort designed to help reduce obesity–especially childhood obesity–by 2015. It’s a first-of-its kind coalition that brings together more than 130 retailers, food and beverage manufacturers, restaurants, sporting goods and insurance companies, trade associations and NGOs, and professional sports organizations. The Foundation promotes ways to help people achieve a healthy weight through energy balance–calories in and calories out. It focuses on three critical areas–the marketplace, the workplace and schools. Check out the impressive list of Members and Partners. Baby Goes Pro participates in the Easter Egg Roll -
April 6, 2010 - The sun shined all day at the White House's Easter Egg Roll and under perfect weather the "Explore the Moves Sports and Obstacle Course" made its debut in grand style. Over 5,000 children with their parents came thru the Baby Goes Pro areas of the Easter Egg Roll. Children waited patiently in line for the chance to play catch, pass and kick a soccer ball, putt on one of two greens, work on basketball skills, play tennis and weave their way thru an obstacle course, which featured a climbing wall, a teepee tunnel, a balance beam, an Emkei puzzle and many other fun activities.
Emkei hula hooped on the stage, Gigi visited with Al Roker and Billie Jean King on the Today Show and both founders (Gigi and Val) and their families where included in the Meet and Greet with the First Family, including First Pet Bo. Other celebrities included Apolo Anton Ohno, Betty DeGeneres, Reese Witherspoon, J.K. Rowling, the Cast of Glee, Yo Gabba Gabba and of course The Easter Bunny. Click here for pictures!

Baby Goes Pro is invited to participate in the Easter Egg Roll at the White House - April 1, 2010 Baby Goes Pro was selected to present the "Explore the Moves Sports and Obstacle Course" to the 36,000 people attending the White House for the Easter Egg Roll on Monday, April 5th. Children ages 3 to 12 will have the opportunity to dribble, pass, shoot, kick, catch and throw, putt and play tennis in the South Lawn. Participants will be coached by celebrity professional athletes and Olympic Gold Medalists. Back to Top

Baby Goes Pro Completes Production on "Early Beginning" DVD - February 1, 2010
Baby Goes Pro has completed production on the "Early Beginning" DVD. The composer, Dani Donadi has completed the musical composition and TIMBER! Creative Group has produced the final mastered DVD. Baby Goes Pro will unveil the "Early Beginning" DVD at the International Toy Fair in New York City, February 14 to the 17th. The Baby Goes Pro DVD series introduces children to the basic fundamentals of five sports; baseball, basketball, golf, soccer and tennis. With Emkei (MK) the Monkey, an animated character, as host and coach, children will be entertained as they are introduced to the basic movements and equipment used in each sport. With a clever combination of animation and live action performed by professional athletes and high level college athletes, children will subtly learn the basic fundamentals of each sport while beginning to develop their athletic talents.
