Baby Goes Pro was founded by two mothers, championship tennis player Gigi Fernandez and Valerie Stern, a self-proclaimed “soccer mom,” whose mission it is to introduce children to movement through sports at a time when a child’s brain development is at its peak.

While keeping in line with their vision, they created Emkei the Monkey, an endearing animated character who teaches children the fundamentals of five sports -- baseball, tennis, basketball, golf and soccer. With a clear understanding of the benefits of leading an active lifestyle, Gigi and Valerie, along with Emkei aim to inspire a generation to move.
